I like the scenario a lot!!  Background is very good, as well.

I would reduct the Raziks to the number that could be carried (6) and 
add a Sulust escort destroyer as well as another Lias. Perhaps a 
better alternative would be to add another Altarian and take it down to
12 
Raziks and add another Lias as well as a civy freighter or two (I doubt 
the Centauri navy, as big as it is, has a 1/1 ratio of freighters to
escorts).

Also note that the Lias is not as helpless as she looks.  If the Narn
want
her (and I assume they do) they really can only rely on fighters to do
the damage - the T'Loth's weapons are too powerful and would
likely destroy her.  That said, since fighters ignore Defensive EW and
the T'Loth won't be firing on the Lias, they would be wise to dump all
their EW into targetting the fighters.  That way, their twin array fire
(quite
a lot of it, with decent arcs to boot) will be more effective.
