The Gambling skill is a measure of the characters overall gambling ability. The skill can be used two ways.
The first method is a more generic approach, where perahps the players declare that the characters will be going into a gambling house. The characters should have to roll for success for each hour of gambling. Success will be determined by rolling against ([Will Power] + [3 x Perception] + [5 x Skill])%. Before rolling, players should declare how much is being wagered. Rolling under 15% of the base chance should result in double earnings, and less than 5% should yield triple earnings. Wagers and returns are negotiable with the GM prior to the roll, but generally the base chance should be divided by the odds. For example, if a character with a 70% base chance wants to wager at 2:1 odds (so their return would be twice what they are risking) then they would have a 35% chance of success.
Occasionally, characters will want or need to gambled against particular individuals. In this case, all parties involved should roll against their Gambling skills. The GM then needs to interpret the results. The results and time period will be dependent on the particular game being played.
