Washer & Ball Bearing Assemby Module #30541
The Washer & Ball Bearing Assembly Module consists a 60mm wide conveyor,
a washer assembly station, a ball bearing assembly station, and two inspection
stations. An infrared sensor at the start of the conveyor belt detects if
a part has entered the the module. The part is moved to the washer assembly
station where a washer is placed in a hole on the top of the part. The part
is then moved to the inspection station to check if the washer is in place.
Then the part is moved to the next conveyor belt to the ball bearing assembly
station where a ball bearing is dropped on to the washer. The part is then
moved to the ball bearing inspection station where it is checked for the
proper position of the ball bearing then move off the end of the module,
or onto the next module in the factory system.
