Welding & Painting Module #30542
The Welding & Painting Module contains two independent 60mm wide conveyor
belts, a welding station with two independent welding arms, and a two axis
painting robot. An infrared sensor at the start of the conveyor line detects
if a part is entering the module. The part is then moved to the welding station
were a simulated welding operation is preformed. After welding, the part is
moved to the second conveyor belt, and stopped at the painting station. The
part is then painted by the painting robot (simulation only). After all
operations are completed, the part is ejected off the end of the conveyor belt,
or onto the next module in the system.
