Parallel Processing & Assembly Module #30544
The Parallel Processing & Assembly Module has a 60mm wide conveyor belt
and contains a pneumatic press, a ball bearing station, and two inspection
stations. When a part enters the module a parallel process starts, simulating
the punching of a washer. When the part is in place, a washer is assembled
onto the part. After the part is inspected for the presents of the washer,
it is then moved to the ball bearing station, where a ball bearing is assembled
onto the washer. The part is then again inspected for the ball bearing.
When all operations have been completed the part is moved off the end of
the conveyor belt, or onto the next module.
