Work-Cell Module #30551
The Work-Cell Module has a 60mm wide conveyor belt. An infrared sensor at
the start of the conveyor detects when a part enters the module. A push-pull
overhead part transfer ram moves the part onto a work table, which rotates
the part into the next position. At the first position is a horizontal slotting
mill. When finished, the work table moves the part into the next position.
At this position is a vertical boring machine. In the last positon is a
gluing machine. When all operations have been completed, then the part is
moved back onto the conveyor belt, where it can be removed at the end of
the conveyor, or transfered to the next module.
