Phoenix Rising FC will look to turn the lights out on Las Vegas in a United Soccer League Western Conference matchup on $1 Beer Night. The meeting between Rising and the Lights is the first of two this season. Last season, in three meetings between the two sides, Las Vegas won twice, and the third match finished in a draw.
